Dream Picks Three in Draft

The Dream selected Louisville guard Shoni Schimmel in the first round with the No. 8 overall pick in the 2014 WNBA Draft on Monday night, and in the second round took South Florida guard Inga Orekhova and USC forward Cassie Harberts with the 18th and 20th picks, respectively. PRESS RELEASE

Five Signed for Training Camp

The Dream announced today that it has signed five players to training camp contracts. Highlighting the signings is Courtney Clements, who played for the Dream last season, and Samantha Prahalis, a member of the 2012 WNBA All-Rookie Team. Other signees include Nadia Gomes Colhado, Jhasmin Player and Jacki Gemelos. PRESS RELEASE

French Star Signs With Dream

The Atlanta Dream has signed French star CÚline Dumerc to a multi-year deal. Dumerc led her team to the silver medal at the 2012 Olympics and was named the 2012 FIBA Europe Women's Player of the Year., PRESS RELEASE.
