Do I get Atlanta Dream Playoff Ticket Priority with a season ticket purchase?
Yes, all Full Season Ticket Holders have first right of refusal for their seats for the corresponding playoff package.
What do I do if I lost my tickets?
Please protect your tickets and keep them in a safe place. Lost or stolen tickets can cause problems for all concerned. We suggest that you travel to the games with the tickets for the game you are attending and leave the remaining tickets with other valuables to safeguard against theft and loss. As a courtesy, the Atlanta Dream will replace tickets which have been lost or stolen under most circumstances. For any stolen tickets, season ticket holders or record must present a letter explaining the circumstances of the theft, a copy of the official police report must accompany letters dealing with stolen tickets. These documents may be presented in person at the Atlanta Dream office, or through certified mail ten business days prior to game date.
What if I can’t make a game?
As Season Ticket Holders, you have 2 options: A. Forward your tickets via e-mail up to two hours before the game. 1. Visit AtlantaDream.net 2. Sign into My Dream Account using your Account ID and PIN. 3. Select the tickets to forward and follow the instructions. B. Ticket Donation Program Donate your tickets to our Community Relations department up to 48 hours before the game by calling the Atlanta Dream Service Department at 1-877-977-7729.
How can I purchase accessible tickets?
Accessible tickets may be purchased by calling Ticketmaster at 877-WNBA-TIX or the Philips Arena Box Office.
Where can I park near Philips Arena?
Parking in the Philips Arena lots is extremely limited on game days. The Atlanta Dream offers Full Season parking packages. Single game fans may want to consider alternative parking locations throughout downtown Atlanta before heading to Philips Arena.
Is accessible parking available?
There are accessible parking spaces located in the Centennial Parking deck. You must have a valid person with disability parking placard to park. Parking is first come, first served and spaces are limited, so an early arrival is recommended.
Are wheelchairs available for use?
A limited number of wheelchairs are available for fans to borrow during the game. Please see a security guard at Customer Sales and Service at Philips Arena for information.
At what age does my child need a ticket to attend a Dream game?
Children under the age of two (24 months) do not require a ticket to attend a Dream home game provided they sit on the lap of an adult throughout the game. Any child two years old or older will need a ticket to enter the building.
How can I change the information on my Atlanta Dream ticket account?
Any changes to the account must be submitted in writing to the Dream Customer Service Department: Via mail: 225 Peachtree Street NE, Suite 2400, Atlanta, GA 30303.
Are games ever cancelled due to inclement weather?
Games are not typically cancelled or postponed due to inclement weather. Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged for any game that is held as scheduled. In the rare event that a game is cancelled or postponed, we will announce the policies and procedures at that time.
Are cameras permitted at Philips Arena?
Recreational cameras are permitted. No professional lenses or video cameras will be allowed.
Can I bring food or drinks into Philips Arena?
No outside food or beverages will be permitted into the arena.
Can I bring a banner, sign or flag into Philips Arena?
Banners, signs and flags are permitted as long as they are not attached to a pole or stick and do not block the view of other fans or cover signage within Philips Arena.
Can I bring an airhorn into Philips Arena?
Airhorns are not permitted at PhilipsArena.
Can I get a message displayed on the Jumbotron?
Birthday and anniversary messages can be displayed with a donation. Please contact an Atlanta Dream Account Executive for more information at 1-877-977-7729.
Where is Will Call located and what time does it open?
Will Call is located at the Techwood Entry of Philips Arena, along Centennial Olympic Park Drive, and opens 90 minutes before tip-off. Fans must present valid photo identification when picking up tickets.
What time can I enter the arena?
The gates open one hour before tip-off.
Is there an ATM at Philips Arena?
There are ATMs located throughout Philips Arena.
Do the concessions take credit/debit cards?
Yes. Most concourse concession stands accept credit cards and cash.
Where is lost and found?
Items lost and found during a game will be held at the Guest Sales and Service Center at Philips Arena. To check on an item, please call (404) 878-3000.
Can I smoke in Philips Arena?
Smoking is not permitted inside Philips Arena, however, designated smoking areas are located outside the building and are accessible via the main concourse level.
Will purses, bags and jackets be inspected?
Yes, Philips Arena security guards inspect all purses, bags and jackets upon entrance into Philips Arena.
Are family restrooms available?
Yes, family restrooms are available within the Philips Arena facility.
Is there a team store onsite and what are the hours?

Are the game-day practices open to the public?
