Season Tickets Holder FAQ’s
The Houston Comets do not allow refunds or exchanges. However, a popular option for season ticket holders is to donate tickets to Houston Comets Foundation within a 48 hour notice prior to game time and receive tax benefits. If you have any questions, please call your account executive at 713.627.WNBA.
Professional cameras are prohibited at all events in Reliant Arena unless accompanied by an appropriate media credential. Cameras containing lenses (not to exceed 4 inches in length) with no flashes may be allowed for some events. Video cameras and audio recorders are prohibited in Reliant Arena unless specifically approved. Please check in advance by calling 832.667.1400.
Season tickets that are lost, stolen or destroyed may be replaced by having the tickets reprinted or by securing a seat authorization pass. Please call your account executive at 713.627.WNBA to obtain your reprinted tickets or seat authorization pass. Written documentation must be provided for season ticket packages deemed lost or stolen. Please treat your tickets like cash, and do not leave them unsecured in your office or home.
To request a change of address, the season ticket holder of record may submit the new information in writing (on company letterhead if applicable) to:

Season tickets will be mailed in early May to all accounts that have paid in full for their 2008 season tickets. If you have questions in reference to your account, please contact your account executive at 713.627.WNBA.
All season ticket holders will have the opportunity to purchase additional tickets to Comets games at your preferred season ticket holder price by calling your account executive 48 hours prior to the game date. The box office can only process full price tickets and is unable to provide you with your season ticket holder preferred rate.
Everyone who is a full season ticket holder is assigned a personal account executive. Your account executive can help you with any account issues or questions you may have throughout out the season. If you are not sure who your account executive is, please call the Comets ticket line at 713.627.WNBA.
Season Ticket Holder Benefits
Events:
Season Ticket Holder Party – At the end of the 2008 season, we will host an exclusive full season ticket holder party with all the players and coaches.
Programs:
Ticket Exchange Program – Only full season ticket holders have the option to exchange unused season tickets for additional tickets to future games. The tickets that will be exchanged need to be given to a Comets Tickets Sales staff member one week prior to the game date.
Chalk Talks – We will host two (2) separate Chalk Talks with the coaching staff prior to a home game. Only full season ticket holders will be allowed access to these events.
Ticket Donation with Tax Deductions – If you know you will not be able to attend a game, you can donate your tickets to the Houston Comets Foundation by calling your account executive. We will make sure that your tickets are given to one of the local charities that our organization works with, and also mail you a donation receipt for the full value of your tickets that you can use as a tax deduction. You must contact your account executive a minimum of two (2) business days prior to the game.
Additional Benefits
Preferred Pricing – As a full season ticket holder you will pay less than mini plan and individual game purchasers.
Best Seats – The best seats in each price category are reserved for full season ticket holders.
Relocation & Upgrade Options – Each season, you have the option to request to relocate or upgrade into different or better seats. We will fill all requests based on renewal order.
Additional Tickets – You can purchase additional tickets to individual games at your preferred season ticket holder price and without service fees by calling your account executive.
Playoff Tickets - Priority purchase for 2008 Houston Comets Playoff Tickets.
Season Ticket Parking Area - Access to the exclusive season ticket holder parking areas. This will allow for easy access to the Arena and easy access to the entrance.
Online Account Manager - Season ticket holders will have the opportunity to manager their accounts online.
Special VIP Credential - All season ticket holders will receive credentials to use for all Comets home games.
Special STH ticket line - The Reliant Arena box office will have a dedicated ticket window for season ticket holders to allow for quick and easy access.
