If you’ve signed up to receive email from the Sun but aren’t receiving anything in your inbox here are some things to check:
Look at your email spam filter settings. You may have your security level in preferences set too high.
Some email systems require all incoming email to be in the user’s address book. If this is the case for your system, make sure that “email@example.com” is in your address book.
Some email systems have a separate folder from the inbox set aside specifically for email it has deemed as spam. Our emails may be in there. If that’s the case, most of these systems will allow you to tag our email address as “not spam”.
We may have received your email address in writing and were not able to read it properly. If you think this may be the case please give us your address again at “firstname.lastname@example.org” using the subject line “add to season ticket email list” and include your name an account number in the body of the email.
What is spam?
“SPAM” is a term coined in recent years which refers to any email sent to mass email addresses that contains unwanted content. Most email systems have features installed that try to intercept such unwanted email and keep them from your inbox.
