SEATTLE - The Seattle Storm announced today that the team has acquired Jenna O’Hea from the Los Angeles Sparks in exchange for its 2015 WNBA Draft 2nd round pick.

“Jenna is an experienced, versatile player who has played well both in the WNBA and internationally,” said head coach and general manager Brian Agler. “She shoots the ball extremely well from the three and has tremendous instincts for the game. We are excited that Jenna is joining the Storm.”

O’Hea enters her fourth season in the WNBA following three seasons with the Sparks. She has career averages of 4.0 points per game and 1.7 rebounds per game.

“I’m really excited to join the Storm,” said O’Hea. “It’s a very well run and professional organization. I look forward to playing at KeyArena in front of the wonderful fans as well as learning from Brian and the coaches and players to keep improving. I think it’s a wonderful opportunity and can’t wait for the season to start.”

O’Hea spent the 2013 WNBA offseason competing in Australia, with Dandenong of the WNBL. She averaged 20.7 points per game and 5.6 rebounds per game.
