    On Sophia Young's game-winning shot:
They made a good play. Sophia hit a shot on us and credit to them.

On Becky Hammon's role on the final possession:
We felt like the ball was going to get in her hands at some point. She penetrated, drew a lot of attention and kicked it.

    On the fourth quarter:
I think that our execution was subpar. We gave up a lot of offensive rebounds, second shots. They hit some key shots, got to the free throw line. A couple of things didnít go our way. They ended up having the last possession.

    On San Antonio's offensive rebounding:
I think that it was a combination of not blocking out and not having that sense of urgency to have the basketball.

    On the fourth quarter:
I guess at the end of the game, the way they came back, they had more desire to win the game. Becky Hammon was just ridiculous. Her potential, sheís really living up to it. Sheís amazing. For us, we just need to stick together and get better as a team offensively and defensively.

On losing six straight games at the AT&T Center:
I was thinking about that. Have we ever won here? Maybe next game. I donít think that itís anything in particular. For many years when I was with the Seattle Storm we lost nearly every game at home and we called it the ARCO (Arena) Curse. I think that we just need to get up there and play our game and get back to what we were good at before the break.

    On runs by both sides:
I think that there was momentum both ways the whole game. We got up, they got up, we got back into the game, they got back into the game. It was just one of those weird games. We need to get back to practice; we play them again on Saturday and weíre just going to give it our all. We need a couple more days of practice to work on a few things that we need to clear up. We definitely didnít have our best game, but we had patches where we were good, it just wasnít enough. We need to play 40 minutes, not 10 minutes a half.

    On San Antonio's offensive rebounding:
We need to look at the film, but we just werenít game rebounding. It just felt like we were spread out on defense; no one knew where they were or expected someone else to get it. For us, we need to get together as a team. We need to work on what we werenít doing well as a team, which was giving up offensive rebounds, giving up shots. And we need to play 40 minutes. We just didnít do that tonight. They outplayed us.

    On the game:
It was just a really good basketball game. There were stretches were both teams dominated a little bit and I thought up to the third quarter that Seattle took control, but in the fourth we moved the ball really well. We also did a good job on the glass. It was that type of game tonight; we go up five and they just came back and answered.

    On the Silver Stars bench:
Megan (Frazee) continues to be a stellar player off the bench for us. She gave us quality minutes again She has scored in double figures in three out of the last four games and this was a performance that you can see her growing within the team. It was also huge, because their starting unit is excellent and had balance scoring. The key factor was that we played 10 players tonight. I thought we had the ability down the stretch to make the plays for a comeback.

    On the game-winner:
We had good ball movement in finding Sophia and she just hit a big shot for us.

    On the game-winner:
The plan was to get the shot off with little or no time on the clock. I think Becky did a great job in timing it for us to get the last shot and I just hit it.

    On the game:
It was a quality win with two good teams making pushes back and forth at each other. A great game with a lot of good players on both sides of the ball, just a quality win.

    On the last shot:
We were just trying to get ball movement. Vickie (Johnson) came off the screen and we didnít have anything on the first pick-and-roll, so we just swung the ball across the court and I was able to find Sophia and knocked down a big shot for us.

    On the game:
We knew coming out into tonightís game it was going to be a battle. We wanted to get off to a good start and coach told us it was going to be a game of back-and-forth flows.
