What is the Open House?
The Open House is a chance to have an inside look at Storm Basketball. You will have the opportunity to select or upgrade your seats for 2014, take your photo in the Storm locker room, get the latest limited edition gear at the rummage sale and hear from Storm head coach Brian Agler about expectations in 2014.

When is the Open House?
The Open House is on Sunday, Nov. 17 at 10 a.m.

Where is the Open House? Where can I park?
The Open House will be held at KeyArena. Entry is through the West doors located near 1st Avenue N and Harrision Street. Street parking is free on Sundays and is available within walking distance of the arena.

Do I have to pre-register?
We encourage you to call your Storm ticket representative at (206) 217-WNBA (9622) or RSVP online in advance of the event. On-site registration will also be available on the day of the event.

Who can come with me?
Anyone! The event is open to the public and we encourage you to bring your family, friends and anyone you know who would enjoy Storm Basketball!


I am a renewing Season Ticket Holder. Do I get to select my seats for next season at the event?
Season Ticket Holders are encouraged to come to the Open House to check out seating options for 2014 in advance of the seat relocation phone appointments that begin the day after the event. All renewed 2014 Season Ticket Holders that wish to relocate seats will be contacted in priority number order following the event to relocate their seats for next season.

How will the seat selection process work this year? Is this event like the “Select-A-Seat” event you’ve held in previous seasons?
All Season Ticket Holders that make a seat relocation request at the time of renewal, through their Storm representative or at the Open House will receive a relocation appointment time. Appointment times will be sent to all Season Ticket Holders wishing to participate in the relocation process on Monday, Nov. 18. Appointments begin Tuesday, Nov. 19 in priority number order. During your phone appointment, we’ll find the best available seats that match your request.

Do I have to come to the event if I want to move seats?
No. Seat requests will be honored in order of priority number regardless of if you attend the event or not. We suggest coming to the event to see available seating options in-person before phone relocation appointments begin on November 19. If you made a relocation request when you renewed, we will use that information provided to find comparable seats in preparation for your phone appointment.

Will I lose my seat location if I do not come to the event?
As long as you have renewed your tickets by Nov. 8, you will not lose your current seat location. If you cannot make the event and want to move seats, call your Storm representative at (206) 217-WNBA (9622). Requests will be processed in the week following the Open House in order of priority number. The seats that you renewed are your seats until you choose to relocate.

I am not sure if I am will be renewing my tickets. Should I still attend?
Absolutely! The Open House offers a unique chance to hear from Brian Agler on why you do not want to miss any of the action in 2014. Please note that your current seat location is only reserved until Nov. 8 and will be released to the general public prior to the Open House.

If it is an ‘Open House’ with no set appointment times, how will my priority number be honored?
In the week following the Open House, the Storm staff will be processing all seat relocation requests in order of priority number. This event is different from Select-A-Seat events held in previous seasons.
