Seattle Storm Makes Roster Move

SEATTLE - The Seattle Storm announced today that forward Jacinta Monroe (Florida State '10) has been waived from the team. The roster now stands at 12 players.

The Storm played its second preseason game Sunday, defeating the Tulsa Shock, 76-70, in front of 4,975 fans at KeyArena.

The regular season opener is set for 12 noon, Saturday, June 4 when Seattle hosts Phoenix in a nationally televised game on ABC.
