A: Children 24 months or older must have a ticket to enter STAPLES Center. Children under that age requirement may sit on the ticket holder’s lap only.

Q: When must my ticket order be paid in full and when will I receive my group tickets?
A: Payment in full is required no fewer than 14 calendar days prior to your game date. If payment is not received, seat locations will be released and made available to others. When payment is made, if seats still remain in that price range, every effort will be made to place seats together as a group. Once payment is received, group tickets are mailed and should arrive within 5-10 business days. All sales are final. There are no refunds or returns on tickets or deposits.

Q: May I add tickets to my original group order?
A: Yes, subject to availability. We will do our best to place additional ticket orders located with or near your original order but nearby placement is never guaranteed. It is recommended that an accurate number of tickets is given when placing any order. However, if tickets are still available, additions are always a possibility. Contact your Group Ticket Specialist directly or call 877-44-SPARKS during regular business hours to purchase additional group tickets.

Q: My tickets were lost or stolen. What can I do?
A: The Sparks are able to reprint your tickets which will subsequently deactivate the original access bar codes. Reprint requests must be made by the Group Leader at least 4 hours prior to tip-off time. Contact your Group Ticket Specialist as soon as possible to deactivate lost or stolen tickets and reprint new tickets.
