Account Manager

Account Manager is your online tool to access everything in your account. To access your account, please CLICK HERE. If you need your password, please contact your Account Executive. Account Manager can be used to purchase additional tickets, pay your account balance and print or forward tickets. Account Manager printing and forwarding closes four (4) hours before the start of a Sparks home game. Please make sure to access Account Manager before then.

How to Print Tickets
1. Log into Account Manager
2. Click Manage My Tickets or Manage This Event
3. Print your tickets by selecting the desired number of tickets and Click Print

How to Forward Tickets
1. Log into Account Manager
2. Click on Manage My Tickets
3. Click on Transfer Tickets
4. When prompted, enter in all the information required for the person you want to forward the tickets to:
a. Name and email address
b. Message is optional
5. The recipient will receive the tickets via email and will be able to print online. If they do not have an account with the Los Angeles Sparks Account Manager, they will be prompted to create one.


Ticket exchanges are available for Sparks 24/7 Members who are not able to attend a Sparks home game. Full season ticket holders are allowed to exchange seats/games four (4) times throughout the season. Half season ticket holders are allowed to exchange seats/games two (2) times throughout the season. All seats are based upon availability when exchanging tickets.

Please contact your Account Executive to make your exchange. If you are unable to attend a game, please let your Account Executive know as soon as possible to issue you a new ticket for a future game. It is strongly encouraged that you contact your Account Executive in advance of the game that you will be missing for your exchange. STAPLES Center Box Office is not able to process exchanges. If you would like an exchange during a Sparks home game, please visit a Los Angeles Sparks Representative at box office windows 3 or 4. Exchanging tickets does not guarantee that your additional tickets will be next to your current seat; all exchanged seats are based upon availability.


If you forget your tickets on game day, please visit STAPLES Center Box windows 3 or 4 to speak with a Los Angeles Sparks Representative for any ticket reprints.
