Antron Washington

2nd Lieutenant Antron Washington has served in the United States Army for three (3) years. Graduated basic training from Fort Lindenwood, MO. He is attending Governors� State University where he is receiving his Masters Degree in Political Injustice Studies. Antron is an Army Medical Service Corps Officer. He serves as a Platoon leader providing training, operational, administrative and logistical supportive to troops. He has been awarded the Army Service Ribbon, and the Army Reserve Achievement Medal. He is joined tonight by his two sisters, niece and nephew and his children Antron & Tiffany. Please join me in congratulating 2nd Lieutenant Antron Washington of the United States Army.

James Flagg

Sergeant James Flagg served in the United States Army for eight (8) years. He entered the Illinois National Guard August 31st, 2001 as a 13 Foxtrot Forward Observer; where he changed military jobs to 11 Bravo Infantry after being activated to regular army. He spent the majority of his time working in the s-3 strategic support shop until fulfilling my military obligation and being honorably discharged in September 2009.

He has been awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Army Service Medal, and the President's Volunteer Service Award. Please join me in congratulating Sergeant James Flagg of the United States Army.

Carla Roberson

Airmen Carla Roberson has served in the United States Air Force for three (3) years. She was a Medical Technician and an Emergency Medical Technician working on ambulance and emergency rooms, and triage units. In 1996, Airmen Roberson was injured while on active duty and was deemed a service connected disabled veteran. She served during the Operation Desert Storm in Iraq, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia. She is an active member of Disabled American Veterans Chapter 17 and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 311 in Richton Park, Il. She has received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Governors State University, then attained a Masters Degree in Communications and Training, and now expected to graduate with her Doctoral degree in May 2015. Today, she is a Professor at the City Colleges of Chicago teaching Speech Communications. She is joined tonight by her daughter Bianca. Please join me in congratulating Airmen Carla Roberson of the United States Air Force.

Erwin Johnson

Petty Officer 1st Class Erwin Johnson has served in the United States Navy for twenty (20) years. Johnson served as a mess officer working around the world on an escort ship that accompanied aircraft carriers. During that time, he took classes from various schools earning a certificate in food service and eventually getting his Bachelor�s degree from Governors State University. He has been awarded the Sea Service Deployment Ribbon 4 times, Battle "E" Efficiency Ribbon, Good Conduct Medal 3 times, Meritorious Unit Commendation, Navy Expeditionary Medal, Unit Commendation Medal, National Defense Medal, and three Overseas Ribbons. Currently, Petty Officer Johnson works for the Chicago Public School system, where he runs a Navy Junior ROTC program for high school students. He is accompanied tonight by his wife and family. Please join me in congratulating Petty Officer 1st Class Erwin Johnson.

Ralph Fulgham III

Specialist Ralph Fulgham III has been serving in the United States Army Reserves for the last 12 years. He is currently a Unit Supply Specialist and a Military Police Officer. Specialist Ralph Fulgham III did one tour in Germany for 14 months in efforts of Iraqi Enduring Freedom. He has been awarded the Army Achievement Medal, Army Reserves Components Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Armed Forces Reserve Medal with a device, Army Service Ribbon, and the Overseas Service Ribbon. He is joined tonight on court with his fianc� and 2 children. Please join me in congratulating Specialist Ralph Fulgham III of the United States Army Reserves.

Kishauna Hampton

Specialist Kishauna Hampton has served in the United States Army for the last 8 years. Graduated basic training from Fort Still, Oklahoma. She attended Governors State University where she received her Masters of Arts in Criminal Justice. Specialist Hampton was deployed with the 1244th Transportation Company for 18 months in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. She was a truck driver who drove tractor trailers on convoys to various camps throughout Iraq and transported people, supplies, and equipment.

She has been awarded the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Iraqi Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Army Reserve Components Achievement Medal, and Armed Forces Reserve Medal with my device. Please join me in congratulating Specialist Hampton of the United States Army.

William Swiniuch

Staff Sergeant William Swiniuch has served in the United States Army for the last 13 years. Graduated basic training from Fort Wayne, Georgia where he also attended Sniper School. Staff Sergeant Swiniuch has been deployed 2 times to Afghanistan and 1 time to Iraq. He was a sniper for the United States Army where he used excellent marksmanship skills to take out targets. He has been awarded the Distinguished Service Medal for his service. He is joined tonight by his girlfriend and friends. Please join me in congratulating Staff Sergeant William Swiniuch of the United States Army.
