Natalie Novosel is the starting off-guard who has gotten better in each of the past two seasons while helping lead Notre Dame to back-to-back NCAA Championship games. Novesel led Notre Dame in scoring in 2010-11 at 15.1 points a game, an average she improved upon in her senior season to finish second on the team at 15.4 points a game.

Novosel shot over 40 percent from three-point territory in both her junior and senior seasons, a statistic that will translate well at the professional level as teams look to extend the floor and drive and kickout or from the post.

Novosel joins Tyra White and Tiffany Hayes as the top shooting guard prospects in this year's draft but her abilty to consistently make shots from behind the three-point line might make her a more attractive selection than her 2010 NCAA Championship and Big East counterpart. Playing alongside future WNBA prospect Skylar Diggins and Devereaux Peters has perhaps accelerated Novosel's developement towards a professional career as she has been playing at a speed that she will soon be accustomed to in the WNBA.
