LifeLock Expands Commitment to Mercury
The Phoenix Mercury and LifeLock have finalized an agreement to expand their ground-breaking partnership to include exclusive placement of the LifeLock logo on the team’s official practice jersey for the 2010 season.
The partnership, which was announced at the beginning of the 2009 season, launched the first-ever corporately branded jersey in WNBA or NBA history and will now add the first WNBA franchise with sponsor branded practice wear to the alliance. The logo will be affixed on the upper right side of the practice jersey. The jerseys will be worn during official team practice and shoot around as well as during press interviews immediately following.
“We know the Mercury is a trail-blazing team and within our first season of the agreement we couldn’t be more proud to be aligned with the 2009 WNBA Champion,” said Todd Davis, CEO of LifeLock. “The decision to enhance our relationship with the Mercury was an easy one.
