NBA TV to Broadcast 8 Liberty Games
NBA TVís comprehensive coverage of the 2014 WNBA regular season will include 44 live game telecasts, the most of any network, including appearances by all 12 teams. The networkís regular season schedule will be highlighted by several prominent matchups including:
- Chiney Ogwumike, the first overall selection in the 2014 WNBA Draft presented by State Farm, and the Connecticut Sun taking on the Chicago Sky on Friday, May 30, at 8:30 p.m. ET
- A rematch of the 2013 WNBA Finals presented by Boost Mobile when the Minnesota Lynx host the Atlanta Dream on Tuesday, July 22 at 8 p.m.
- 6í8Ē WNBA All-Star Brittney Griner and the Phoenix Mercury visit the Los Angeles Sparks on Thursday, July 24 at 10:30 p.m.
Extensive coverage of the WNBA will also including highlights from around the league along with postgame interviews with players and coaches following key WNBA games.
