Hello Liberty Fans,

Wow! I can not believe that this season is coming to an end. It really has gone by fast. It kind of feels like we just started and now we are fighting for a playoff spot. How great is that to come in as a rookie and get a chance to make the playoffs?! We are down to four games in the regular season and we need to make sure as a team that we are all focused and on the same page. We've become a very hard team to beat when we are clicking on all cylinders. So I am very excited to see how everything plays out for us.

Last week I did a little community service with Shameka at the Boys and Girls Club in the Bronx. It was really a lot of fun. We spoke to a group of 7- to 13-year olds about education, determination, getting through adversity, not allowing people to stop your dreams and setting goals for yourself. It was cool. It was "crazy hat day" for them, so we got to put on a couple of hats and then interact with the kids! It's so great to give back to the community and influence young kids and be their role model. I think it's great that kids look up to me and see me as someone who can make some type of difference in their lives. It's truly a great feeling.

I really want to say thank you to everyone that takes the time to read my journal here on nyliberty.com. That really means a lot to me and I appreciate ya'll for that!

Until next time - Much Love and God Bless.
