Holdsclaw scores 28 as Dream beat Lynx

MINNEAPOLIS(AP) Chamique Holdsclaw tied her season high with 28 points and Izi Castro Marques added 20 as the Atlanta Dream beat the Minnesota Lynx 91-77 on Wednesday for just their second road win of the season.

Atlanta started the game with a 13-2 run, taking an early first-quarter lead that it never relinquished. The Lynx got to within one point with six minutes left in the fourth quarter but could not get the go-ahead bucket.

The Dream (7-8) shot a sizzling 53 percent from the field and 78 percent from 3-point range.

Nicky Anosike scored 22 and Charde Houston scored 15 for the Lynx (9-6).
