ATLANTA(AP) Scholanda Robinson scored a career-high 17 points to lift the Sacramento Monarchs to their fifth straight victory, a 79-66 win Tuesday over the Atlanta Dream.
Rookie Laura Harper had a career-high 12 rebounds in the afternoon game attended by several summer youth clubs.
Atlanta, losers of three straight, dropped to a league-worst 3-22. Ivory Latta and Kasha Terry each scored 15 points for the Dream.
The Monarchs (13-11) never trailed, matching their biggest lead at 17 on Kim Smith's free throw with 6:02 remaining. Kara Lawson added 13 points.
In the third quarter, Robinson went 4-for-4 from the field and hit 4 of 6 free throws for 12 points.
The Monarchs converted 19 Dream turnovers into 21 points. Atlanta's Betty Lennox, who averages 18 points, scored one point and attempted just one field goal.
