It all starts with the venue and 2013 will be the third time that Mohegan Sun Arena will host the WNBA All-Star Game. Mohegan Sun Arena, the regular season home of the Connecticut Sun, hosted the festivities in 2005 and 2009. In both years, the West team prevailed.
