Catchings Returns to Indiana
I've just returned from playing in the Women's Korea Basketball League (WKBL) in Korea, where my team won the league championship. I hope some of the championship rubs off on our team here!
I'm very excited about the upcoming Fever season. We report to training camp on Sunday, April 27. I'm excited to see all of my teammates again, and getting back to work in the WNBA!
As you know, the Fever play in the best arena in the country -- Conseco Fieldhouse -- and there's not a bad seat in the house! We'd love for fans to come to see all of our games, or at least give tickets to their friends for games that they can't attend.
And one of the best opportunities for Fever fans is what our front office is calling the Flex Book. For families that have lots of summer conflicts with soccer and Little League and vacations, for example, the Flex Book offers the chance to attend as many or as few games as you want. You can basically create your own season ticket based on the games that you can attend. Or even change your mind and attend a different game, instead! If you're interested in the Flex Book or any other ticket plan just call (317) 917-2500.
Alright, I'm not much into making a sales pitch from a business standpoint, but yes, I'd love to see all of you back this summer -- along with your friends and families. We need more Fever Fanatics!!!
I can tell you, too, that we're planning an exciting month of May for the weeks leading up to our regular season home opener on Saturday, May 31, when you'll watch me and my teammates play the Washington Mystics and another former Tennessee star, Chamique Holdsclaw!
I wish you all well, and I hope to see you at the Fieldhouse!
