THIS WEEK'S TOPIC

Posing for Playboy: WNBA players share their thoughts on whether female athletes should pose for nude photos
STACEY DALES-SCHUMAN
WASHINGTON MYSTICS
"I personally wouldnt pose nude, but its everybodys free decision to pose nude if they choose to."
DAWN STALEY
CHARLOTTE STING
"I think posing for Playboy crosses the line. You are not just representing you when you decide to pose nude for Playboy, youre representing your family, youre representing a league, youre representing an organization. Its undue publicity."
KATIE SMITH
MINNESOTA LYNX
"Last year when Playboy did the 'Most Beautiful WNBA Players' list, some people were upset about the attention it was drawing, but to me it was great. Just to get (new fans) into (the WNBA) and talking about it and following it is a good thing. They might watch a game just because Lisa Harrison is on the floor. You use whatever you can to bring people in."
LAUREN JACKSON
SEATTLE STORM
"If offered the opportunity, I think that it's a personal decision. Whether you do it for the money or whatever, again, I think it's a personal decision. I don't know whether I would say yes or no. I guess you cross that bridge when you come to it. I don't think it's a bad thing, I'm not against it."
