Tully Bevilaqua has been a member of the Opals since 1998, but has not participated in any major international competitions. Earlier this year, the 5-7 guard grabbed two rebounds and dished out two assists as Australia beat the United States, 76-65, in the final game of the 2006 Opals World Challenge. She finished the Opals World Challenge with averages of 4.2 points and 1.8 assists while starting four of Australia's five games.

Bevilaqua was signed by the WNBA and assigned to Cleveland on May 30, 1998. She was later waived by Cleveland, and signed with the WNBA for a second time in 2000 and assigned to Portland on May 1, 2000 and played there for three seasons before signing with Seattle in 2003. She signed with Indiana prior to the 2005 season and has played with the Fever since. The 34 year old won a WNBA championship with the Seattle Storm in 2004 and was named to the 2005 and 2006 All-Defensive first teams.
