your favorite exercise for lower body? What results does this exercise help you
"I think my favorite exercise would be squats, it keeps your quads in shape, it keeps your knees strong."
Q. What's your favorite
exercise for upper body? Why?
"I'd go with biceps, it's easy and keeps you nice and sculpted, haha."
Q. How do you work out on your off days
during the season?
"During the season our coaches have us lifting when we come back from traveling, usually two to three times a week."
do you do to stay in shape during the offseason?
"In college, we had offseason workouts we did like cardio, basketball, and a lifting program all summer."
What's your toughest fitness challenge?
"I think as a whole, probably long-distance running."
Q. Is there a fitness/exercise goal that you've set for yourself
that you're working towards now?
"Not really just in-season trying to stay in shape and stay strong, I'll probably be doing more lifting once the season is over
Q. Is there a fitness accomplishment you're most proud of?
Is there one exercise that you hate doing and have to force yourself to complete?
"I don't particularly care for abs."
Q. What advice would you give to someone
who wanted to get into better shape for playing basketball?
"Probably a lot of cardio, to get up and down the court. Use a treadmill or stationary bike."
Q. Is there a song or type of music that you listen to while you're
"Just my iPod, just a whole bunch of different types of music."
Is there a fitness product on t.v. (e.g., ab roller, thigh master, etc.) that
makes you laugh the most?
" No, haha I'm not a big TV watcher."
Is there a certain food/meal that you like to eat before games or a favorite healthy
"Before games I eat whatever, and it drives some of my teammates crazy they are like how can you eat that. But I'm hungry."
