--Dream Players and Staff to Conduct Satellite Clinics at Seven Locations--

ATLANTA, January 2, 2009— The Atlanta Dream will kick off 2009 with a series of satellite clinics across the state of Georgia. The clinics, co-presented by Coca-Cola, focus on improving basketball fundamentals and will be conducted at seven locations across the state in January and February.

“The camps, open to boys and girls ages 10-18, will be directed by Sue Panek (Dream Assistant Coach and Director of Basketball Operations). An Atlanta Dream player will also be present at each location. Below are the following satellite clinic sites for 2009:

January 8, 2009: Shorter College (Rome, GA)
January 25, 2009: Douglas County Parks & Rec (Douglasville, GA)
January 31, 2009: Kennesaw State University (Kennesaw, GA)
February 7, 2009: Carrollton High School (Carrollton, GA)
February 19, 2009: Location TBD (Columbus, GA)
February 21, 2009: Mercer University (Macon, GA)
February 28, 2009: Hepzibah High School (Augusta, GA)

Registration is $25 per participant and can be completed on www.AtlantaDream.net. Payment is accepted by credit card (recommended through online registration), check, money order, or cash, and must be received at least 10 days prior to scheduled camp date.
