Overseas Update - Nov. 6

Two Dream players thus far have begun playing for their overseas teams, with several more slated to join them in the near future. The two players in action already are both in the Turkish League, where Angel McCoughtry is starring for Fenerbahce once again, while Aneika Henry is competing for Antakya. Information on both of their Turkish League seasons to date follows below:

Aneika Henry Homend Antakya Belediyesi (Turkey): Henry began her first season with Antakya on Oct. 23, and has played in four games so far this season. She is averaging 13.0 points, 6.0 rebounds and 1.8 blocks for Antakya, which is 3-2 in the Turkish League. In her second game with the club, she poured in 21 points with nine rebounds in a 70-66 victory over Istanbul Universitesi.

Angel McCoughtry Fenerbahce (Turkey): McCoughtry began another season with Fenerbahce on Oct. 27, and has played in three games so far. She is averaging 19.0 points, 9.0 rebounds, 5.0 assists and 4.0 steals for Fenerbahce, which is 3-2 so far this season after going 24-2 last year. McCoughtry has had two double-doubles in her first three games. Fenerbahce has one more Turkish League game on Nov. 9 before beginning EuroLeague play on Nov. 13.
