Q. What strengths, qualities or skills will you bring or add to a WNBA team?
very mobile and agile for my size. At 6-6, I'm pretty tall. People don't think
that tall girls can get up and down the court, but I've been gifted with speed.
I can get up and down and I can dribble just a little bit."
skills do you feel you still need to improve or work on at the next level?
need to work on my ball handling. I also need to continue getting more comfortable
with my shot. Of course, there is always lots of stuff to always improve upon,
but those are my two main things."

Q. What do you
expect to be some of the biggest adjustments at the next level?
in to pre-Draft camp and this whole process, a lot of the other girls have an
advantage because they have been playing with their college teams. I just had
my son two months ago. I need to get my conditioning up so that I can play with
Q. How have you been able to get back out so quickly?
have been working out with my trainer. I'm certainly not as well conditioned as
the other girls who have been playingm but I got back out there as soon as possible.
I played with him while I was pregnant up to six months, but the doctors were
scared that I might fall. So I ran stairs and lifted weights to keep up. I hid
it well and stayed in shape. No one knew I was pregnant until about seven or eight
Q. Are there any specific teams you would like to play
"No, I'll just be ready to play for whoever wants me. I'm excited
to play basketball and feel ready to get out there and play."
Is there a current WNBA player you look up to?
"I really don't. Because
of my height, a lot of people always tell me that I remind them of the next of
the next Lisa Leslie, so I go along with them on that, but there is really no
one I model my game after."
Q. In getting to play with so many
of these players through the years, who will make the most immediate impact in
"Whoever comes out and dedicates themselves to the program
and can adjust to that style of play. There are a lot of good athletes at this
level, and any of them can step up and do their thing."
WNBA player are you most looking forward to playing against or meeting?
just looking for a guard that can play with me and get me the ball."
Do you have any favorite NBA players?
"I am a big NBA fan, expecially
the bigger players. I like Jermaine O'Neal, Rasheed Wallace and a fellow Georgia
player, Jarvis Hayes."
