as well the Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA program to attend the All-Star Open Practice, where
they will watch their favorite women’s basketball stars practice for the 2005
WNBA All-Star Game.

The WNBA and the Connecticut
Sun have partnered with the Groton Subase Youth Center to build a reading and
Learning Center. With generous support from Toyota and DisneyHand, the center
will be provided with books and educational resources, cosmetic refurbishments,
and an overall comfortable space to learn and play.
The WNBA All-Star Legacy project serves as the centerpiece of the WNBA's community
outreach efforts in the All-Star host city and leaves a lasting and positive impression
for the community.
