NEW YORK, July 9, 2003 – Legendary singer Stephanie Mills will sing the U.S National Anthem before the 2003 WNBA All-Star Game this Saturday, July 12, with Elektra recording artist and R&B star Tamia to perform during halftime of the game. The 2003 WNBA All-Star Game as well as these performances will be televised on ABC beginning at 4:00 PM/ET.

Grammy and American Music award winner Stephanie Mills, will perform the U.S National Anthem before the game. Mills, known for her distinctive and powerful voice, is launching her new single, “Can’t Let Him Go” from the forthcoming release “Born For This!” in stores this fall.

Four-time Grammy nominee Tamia, will perform her new single “Officially Missing You” from her newest album “Still” in addition to her smash hit single “Stranger in my House” from her second album “A Nu Day”, during halftime of the fifth annual WNBA All-Star game. Tamia, whose album “Still” will be available in stores August 19th, is married to NBA player Grant Hill and the proud mother of their daughter, Myla Grace.
