INJURED MYSTIC OUT AT LEAST TWO WEEKS Holdsclaw to Miss All-Star Game
"The best treatment for her right now is to spend the next two weeks resting," Mystics general manager Melissa McFerrin said. Holdsclaw underwent an MRI exam on Monday after returning from the Mystics' West Coast road trip. Holdsclaw, the first overall pick in the 1999 draft, has started every game for the Mystics this season. She is fifth in the league in scoring (16.7 points) and fourth in rebounding (9.8). She was voted an All-Star starter for the third straight year.
